Gainesville Harley-Davidson® was founded in 1993 by Ray and Gail Lytle, a husband-and-wife duo who shared a vision of building a family-run dealership that prioritized personalized, customer-focused service. Leaving their home in Ohio to follow their dream, they opened their first location in a modest 5,000-square-foot space—which quickly became too small due to their overwhelming success. Their unwavering commitment to the riding community and their passion for Harley-Davidson® led to the expansion into the state-of-the-art facility that houses the dealership today.

This legacy of exceptional customer service and ethical business practices continues through Ray and Gail’s sons, Paul and Kevin Lytle, who now lead the dealership with the same dedication. More than just selling motorcycles, Gainesville Harley-Davidson® fosters "Customers for Life" while giving back to the North Central Florida community.
